International Yoga Festival
Coming up in March (1-7). The Parmarth Niketan Ashram in the Himilayas is hosting its annual International Yoga Festival. The event includes sessions on various yoga styles as well as ayurveda, tai chi and reiki taught by world renowned instructors. For more information, click here.

Hi. I am a yoga teacher looking to spend time at an ashram in Asia. I would like to do a program where I do labor to offset costs. Any recommendations? I am a recent college grad and don't have much money. I am looking for a physically intense practice, friendly people, authentic commune and quality instruction. Any ideas?
