Yoga for lower back pain

Somebody eventually had to gather the scientific evidence. . .

A study published last month in the Annals of Internal Medicine showed viniyoga to be more effective in combating chronic lower back pain than traditional therapeutic exercise or self-care instructions. Participants who completed 12 75-minute sessions showed greater and longer-lasting improvement than their peers.
