Consumer Crib Sheet

The GetHuman website, launched by a software entrepreneur in Boston, is a pretty handy tool for anyone who's ever had to spent 15 minutes on the phone just to get to speak to a live customer service rep.

From the list:
If you're calling up IKEA, pressing 0 a bunch of times will get you a live answer. If you're calling Merril Lynch on the other hand, you need to say "service associate." Service associate? That's a new one.
