Although Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams has failed another drug test — his fourth violation of the NFL's anti-drug policy — the substance involved was not marijuana, sources said Monday...

Some Dolphins are holding out hope that Williams might have failed a test without using any illegal drugs. Defensive end Kevin Carter said Monday that it isn't difficult to trigger a violation.

"You really have to monitor what you put in your body because you could be somewhere on vacation or at a health club and you're having a smoothie that has a supplement in it," Carter said. "The next thing you know, you test positive for something.

"You're not intending it to be that way, but it just happens to be in your system."

Williams' mother, Sandy, who said Sunday her son is traveling in India, speculated that her son's failed test might have been related to supplements he takes as part of his yoga training.

Hey, I am still a fan, despite his on-again, off-again love affair with the ganja (Ricky, honey, the Rasta 'do didn't help quell speculation) and I hope this is nothing more than a case of too much NyQuil.
