The Zen of Online Marketing
It's hard to stand out in today's increasingly cluttered internet universe, that's a given. (Yes, I'm contributing to that clutter as I type.) There are, of course, companies that exist solely to help other companies stand out to potential customers through effective online marketing and advertising.
For those of you involved in the growing number of holistic, conscious, and/or sustainable enterprises, did you know there are specialized online marketers just for you? I know, I know...it's like the internet just went all hippie/yuppie/nerdy in that sitting-at-Peet's-checking-my-email-over-wi-fi-while-sipping-organic-coffee kind of way.
LA-based Namaste Interactive was launched in 2004 with the vision of "delivering higher awareness" for LOHAS enterprises. In a little over a year, the company has amassed quite a few happy clients.Across the pond, OmWeb has been "empowering holistic businesses" through web design and online ad campaigns for over 10 years. OmWeb recently donating £1,000 of advertising support to a London yoga center (or, i should say, centre). Now that should bring some good karma.
