Pajama Yoga

If you'd like to do some yoga but don't have the time, there's a new video out with asanas you can do in your jammies. I like to drift off to sleep in with my legs in half-lotus every now and then myself =)

"As the popularity of yoga continues to grow, so, too, does the number of workouts emerging from it.

Among the latest are ones you can do – in bed!

Nationally certified New York yoga instructor and Yale grad Edward Vilga developed several.

They're in a new DVD called, appropriately enough, 'Yoga in Bed,' based on an earlier paperback titled, 'Yoga in Bed: 20 Asanas to do in Pajamas.'"

Hey, Kat--Have you seen Ann Dyer's "ZYoga" DVD? It's another great in-bed yoga workout.

thanks for the shout Liz. i'll look out for the video...okay i admit i like the idea of in-bed yoga out of sheer laziness but i'd love to get this for my mom who is dealing w/ MS and all the difficulties (loss of balance, hard time walking, tires easily) that go along w/ that.
