Iranian-American businesswoman Anousheh Ansari will become the fourth person and the first woman to become a space tourist."

Apparently Ansari (a phenomenally successful telecom engineer) was one of the backers of the X-Prize for space travel.

I love it. Little girls (and big ones too) need more role models like this.
